Hi! My name is Michelle Tingley and I am honored to serve as the 12th District PTA Membership Chair. It is my job to help promote PTA membership throughout the 12th District and to pass on Membership information received from the State PTA Membership Committee.

Every unit president should have received the 2010-2011 Membership Packet that is chuck full of useful information that will help your Membership Drive be a great success. To further help you with your Membership Campaign, you can find many helpful articles and tips right here on this page. Simply click on the link(s) for the information you need. 

For a quick reference, below are 12th District Membership Due Dates:

Early Bird (15 members minimum): Oct. 15th
Chairman's Club (50 members minimum) Nov. 1st
First Required Remittance (15 members minimum): Nov. 15th
Membership and Outreach: Jan 15th
Final Remittance to Qualify for Awards at Convention: March 15th
Final Remittance for CAPTA's fiscal year: June 15th
