Michelle Scharf ~ Secretary
 



My name is Michelle Scharf and I am the 12th District PTA Secretary for the 2009-2011 term. I have been affiliated with PTA since 1991 and have held several positions at various PTA levels. As the Secretary on 12th District PTA, I am available to assist councils and units sith any secretary training, assistance, and information as needed.

Remember that as secretary, you are responsible for the complete and accurate recording of all actions taken at your meetings. You are also responsible for the safeguarding of those records. Minutes are to be retained indefinitely. Additionally, your treasurer will be asking you to sign all check warrants, certifying their accuracy.
